Loletha Hale Announces Candidacy for Henry County State Court
A Highly Qualified, Experienced, and Reliable Choice for Fair and Equal Justice
HENRY COUNTY, GA — Trial attorney and community leader Loletha Hale has officially announced her candidacy for Henry County State Court, bringing more than 20 years of civil and criminal courtroom experience, a lifelong commitment to service, and a record of legal excellence to the race.
A proud Forest Park native, Hale graduated high school at just 16 years old before earning her Bachelor of Business Administration from Georgia State University. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from John Marshall Law School in only two and a half years, demonstrating the discipline and work ethic that have defined her legal career.
Hale is admitted to practice in Georgia’s state and federal courts and has built a respected career handling a wide range of cases in both civil and criminal law. Her professional background has prepared her to manage the courtroom with efficiency, fairness, and a deep understanding of the law.
“Henry County deserves a judge who is prepared on day one, who respects every person who enters the courtroom, and who is committed to equal justice under the law,” said Hale. “My career has been dedicated to fairness, integrity, and service to this community.”
Beyond her legal practice, Hale has demonstrated a strong commitment to public service through pro bono legal work, mentoring future attorneys, supporting mock trial programs, and participating in community outreach efforts that expand access to opportunity and justice.

Loletha Hale is a veteran civil and criminal trial attorney with more than two decades of legal experience. A native of Forest Park, Georgia, she is a graduate of Georgia State University and John Marshall Law School and is admitted to practice in Georgia’s state and federal courts. She is a dedicated community volunteer, mentor, and advocate for fairness and equal justice.
